Our client is a local well established company specializes in providing Chinese cuisine from traditional style to fine dinning under different brands management. With their growing business and in order to cope with further development, they are now seeking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join their team.

With their growing business and in order to cope with further development, they are now seeking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Senior Management, the candidate will lead the team and full control on the marketing budget and planning.
- In-charge for formulation of yearly marketing and promotion strategies to further strengthen their brands image and noise level.
- Work with or without external agencies on brain storming and executing of designated advertising and PR campaigns.
- To initiate, line up and work with different potential business partners on special projects or joint marketing activities that help to bring the brand awareness to the next level.
- Decide on allocation of different resources with the aim on achieving and exceeding potential business growth and maximize ROI.
- To conduct research and market intelligence on consumer behavior and demand and draw insights for further exploration and product development.
- Enhance the relationship and connection with related or potential business counterparts and the press.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 8 years or above relevant experience in retail brand management preferably from chain restaurant or food and beverage industries.
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong business mindset and analytical and leading power.
- Mature, creative and confident and a problem solver.
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
