Job Description:
Our client, an international leading luxury fashion & accessories brand, is going to open several global stores (i.e. 1000 sq. meter selling floor with a team over 40 staff) in some key PRC cities, they are seeking some high calibre candidates with the aim to gain PRC exposure and take challenges to join them for strong business expansion:

Our client, an international leading luxury fashion & accessories brand, is going to open several global stores (i.e. 1000 sq. meter selling floor with a team over 40 staff) in some key PRC cities, they are seeking some high calibre candidates with the aim to gain PRC exposure and take challenges to join them for strong business expansion:
Job Responsibilities:
- To manage the daily operations of the Global Store
- To maximize the sales volume by driving the sales performance of the frontline staff
- To maintain the store image consistent with corporate standard
- To provide excellent services to key customers
- To train up and supervise the frontline staff
- To properly control the operating costs and inventories
Job Requirements:
- Tertiary education
- Minimum 5 years of large size boutique management experiences in high fashion/luxurious brand industry OR premium services industries like hotels, airlines, etc
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English
- Excellent communication skills with all levels
