Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Retail Manager in managing premium retail stores in Hong Kong
- Review and set sales strategies for each boutique to drive the sales performance
- Work well with Merchandising Manager & Logistics Manager to make sure the products assortment, inventory level and stock delivery are at optimal level and on the right track
- Ensure adequate manpower to be allocated for all boutique activities
- Maintain and keep excellent customer service standard
- Ensure the appearance and those decorations of the boutiques are kept in perfect condition and in accordance with corporate standard
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder
- At least 4 years of relevant retail management experiences in luxury retail industry
- Good leadership skill
- Well-organized, initiative, independent
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin
