Job Description:
Our client is an international FMCG company with operations over the world and providing quality products from personal care, healthcare items to household consumer goods. They are now seeking for a Supply Chain Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the senior manager, the candidate will supervise a team and aid in providing quality supply chain services for the company.
  
• To deliver consistent high class customer services and generate satisfaction plus lead complexity reduction program.
  
• To help in demand planning and forecasting and monitor the behavior of customers in order to improve the supply chain efficiency, productivity and maximize profit margins.
  
• To work on inventory management and make suggestion to clients on optimum stock level and replenishment time and the like.
  
• Provide expertise services and support in warehousing, transport arrangement, cost control and liaison with third party logistics.
  
• To supervise the operation of the customer services department for order handling, collections, setting price lists and arrange promotion as well as credit terms, etc.
  
• To develop sales and operation planning procedures and forecast accuracy improvement.
  
• Set up efficient BCP and develop or improve system to best fit the operation management, requirement and market demand.
  
• To maintain and cultivate business relationships with internal and external customers.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics Management or related disciplines.
  
• Min. of 7 years or above experience in relevant capacity and preferably in global FMCG companies.
  
• A MUST to have solid working knowledge in JD Edward.
  
• Outgoing, confident and independent individual.
  
• Strong communication skills and can deal with people of all levels.
  
• Able to think and judge on different angles and a problem solver.
  
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
