Job Description:
Our Client is a French based Cosmetic & Beauty Retail Group. To cope with thier expansion,they are looking for a high caliber candidate to lead and develop their PRC Retail business.

Job Description

• Directly report to the Executive Director, oversee the whole PRC retail operations with commercial P&L responsibility for business performance
  
• Responsible for the PRC Retail Operations, Franchisee Management and Wholesales Development which include all Retails shops, JVs and Franchise in Beijing, Shanghai and Chengdu etc
  
• Develop and implement strategies and plans for increasing profitable Retail Operations sales through improvements in store format, merchandise presentation, inventory control, product mix and pricing, promotion and advertising, consumer service and store employee performance.
  
• Identify suitable locations, negotiate best terms for opening stand-alone stores and shop-in-shops
  
• Identify appropriate contractors for store projects, follow through store renovation works
  
• Business Planning by monitoring and evaluating competitor retail operations and merchandising practices.

Requirements:

• Must have strong Retail operations / Marketing background with a leading brand managing a direct retail and franchise network across PRC
  
• At least 8-10 years relevant experience with proven success in a leadership role
  
• Proficient in Sales, Incentives, and P&L management and analysis.
  
• Thorough understanding of Retail Merchandising, Inventory, Buying, Staffing, Operations and Product Mix
  
• Ability to develop, motivate and lead a retail sales and operations team to achieve key commercial and customer service targets
  
• Knowledge of equivalent target market and sector as well as an understanding of the target customer profile.
  
• Strong insight and understanding of the Hong Kong retail luxury market is an advantage
  
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
  
• Station in Guangzhou
