Our client is one of the leading optical frame companies. To cope with their expansion in Asia region, they are looking for a veteran and professional acumen to lead their sales force to penetrate the market.

Our client is one of the leading optical frame companies. To cope with their expansion in Asia region, they are looking for a veteran and professional acumen to lead their sales force to penetrate the market.
Job Responsibilities:
- In charge of the overall sales business in Asia region.
- Responsible for profit and loss over the region.
- Design marketing and sales strategies to drive sales and work closely with distributors in the region for business expansion.
- Develop and implement marketing plan as well as budget for the products.
- Attend to international trade shows and keep abreast of updated market intelligence.
- Feedback to headquarters on product market trend and market needs.
- Ensure excellent customer service level and optimal inventory stock.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or diploma holder with at least 10 years of experience in the field of sales management of sunglasses or optical frames.
- Strong exposure in sales management of the optical products in Asia presence.
- Excellent communication skills including English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Motivated, initiative and with strong leadership skill is a must.
