Our Client owns a Luxury Shopping Mall in Shanghai. They are looking for a Leasing Director to manage the project.

Our Client owns a Luxury Shopping Mall in Shanghai. They are looking for a Leasing Director to manage the project.
Responsibility:
- Responsible for overall leasing and marketing functions of the property portfolio
- Formulate and execute the Group's leasing policy to maximize the investment portfolios return
- Lead a dynamic team to work on lease negotiation, exploring new tenants and tenancy administration
- Prepare and provide marketing strategies / analysis on trade mix and tenant mix to the management
- Recommending in retail planning strategy of the portfolio, negotiate with prospective tenants on all leasing matters and co-ordinate the refurbishment projects with external professionals, internal departments and tenants to achieve smooth implementation and completion of projects.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business or property-related disciplines
- At least 10 years' retail leasing experience preferably gained from property developer / property agency in which 5 years at supervisory level
- Proven track record in leasing and marketing of large scale shopping malls and experience in pre-launch marketing of new malls
- Good relationship with International Luxury Branding Tenants
- Sound market knowledge; exposures in PRC projects is preferred
- Aggressive, proactive, outgoing and strong business sense
- Good leadership, organizing and interpersonal skills
- Proven English and Mandarin proficiency
