Job Description:
Our client is a US leading worldwide providing process control solutions for advanced manufacturing processes such as semiconductor device, flat panel displays, medical imaging equipment, etc. Due to their rapid expansion, they are now seeking for an experienced and qualified manager to head their purchasing team and materials planning team in China factory.

Our client is a US leading worldwide providing process control solutions for advanced manufacturing processes such as semiconductor device, flat panel displays, medical imaging equipment, etc. Due to their rapid expansion, they are now seeking for an experienced and qualified manager to head their purchasing team and materials planning team in China factory.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the whole process of PCBA and electronic parts PMC including procurement / purchasing as well as materials planning.
- Responsible for driving material replenishment strategies and processes in China Plant.
- Work closely with venders and other employees in operations as to ensure raw materials, components, and finished products are available for production or for customers.
- Conduct regular review on inventory flow and control processes.
- Recommend process improvement in the operational process.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in the Supply Chain Management in the electronic / PCB industry or related field with at least 5 years at management level.
- Good knowledge in Kanban / Lean manufacturing is preferred.
- Knowledgeable in Oracle and sourcing system will be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills with strong sense of team spirit.
- Good command of spoken English and Mandarin.
- Station in Shenzhen with tax equalization and other benefits.
